For the past decade I've been drawn to the hardest design problems — the ones with real stakes, real constraints, and real people depending on me getting it right. At Microsoft I worked on search and pre-GenAI ethics at 80M+ DAU scale. At One Study Team I designed clinical trial systems used in Stage 4 cancer trials changing the lives of thousands of patients. Different domains, same conviction: complexity is no excuse for a confusing experience.
